Yirgacheffe Chelchelle 3D CM

Yirgacheffe area is the highest of all coffee regions in Ethiopia where they still harvest coffee. Some altitudes can be found over 4000m. Coffee farming here brings cherries even from 2600masl. The higher the coffee plant is found the smaller the coffee bean will be in the cherrie. but also with the most flavorcontent in the bean. Even dou it can be expensive to produce here. Yirgacheffe has allways been sold at a premium in the Ethiopian coffee Exchange.
